KIN Dragons are a a fresh face team that trains at Palm Beach AFL Sports Club. We have many years' of experience amongst our squad, and a very experienced and talented leadership team.
Our club's aim is to bring back the simplicity and the enjoyment of the sport with our diverse group of members.
We look forward to competing at regattas, States, Nationals and international events, rekindling old friendships with teams from around the country and the world.
We are a group of all ages, having fun while participating in the sport of dragon boating. Social and competitive, fun and fitness, join us for a trial at any time - we'd love to meet you!
What is Dragon Boating?

With 20 paddlers to a boat, it's not the fittest or strongest team that succeeds on the water - it's the team that works as a single force.

Dragon boating is for everyone and anyone of any age, shape or size. It is a dynamic and exciting sport with many opportunities to compete at state, national and international levels.
Origins of Dragon Boating:
Dragon boating is not a 'new' sport.....people have been participating in this sport for over 2000 years, enriched in the Chinese history and culture.
There are over 50 million people worldwide who regularly hop in a dragon boat; it is a sport for all ages and crosses all cultural divides bringing people together around the globe.
